• How does the mobile appointment work?

  Groomer arrives at your home in a fully self-contained grooming van. Van carries its own water, power, and equipment. Your dog is groomed start to finish in the driveway, then returned to you clean and calm. Latchkey service available if you can't be home.

• What areas do you serve?

  Currently serving Lago Vista, Lakeway, Leander, Cedar Park, and Liberty Hill. Coverage occasionally extends for established clients or special requests.

• Are vaccinations required?

  Yes. Proof of a current rabies vaccination is required for all appointments. Documentation needed at first visit.

• How long does a grooming appointment take?

  Most appointments run between 60 and 120 minutes depending on service, size of dog, and coat condition. Appointment moves at dog's pace, not the schedule's.

• Is mobile grooming a good fit for anxious dogs?

  Often yes. Anxious dogs tend to do better in familiar environment, with one person, in quiet space. No strange dogs nearby, no kennel sounds, no unfamiliar building. Every dog is different; mention specific needs when booking.

• What's your cancellation policy?

  24 hours' notice required for cancellations. Because appointments are limited and schedule built one dog at a time, last-minute cancellations difficult to fill. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling.

• Do you groom large dogs?

  Yes. Van fully equipped to handle dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to large ones. Pricing varies based on breed, size, and coat condition.

• Do I need to be home during the appointment?

  No. Latchkey service available for clients not home. All team members pass background check. Leave key under mat or grant garage access. We retrieve dog, complete groom, return when done.

• Do you offer recurring appointments?

  Yes. Many clients book on regular schedule, every four, six, or eight weeks depending on breed and coat type. Consistent routine keeps coat healthy and makes each appointment calmer.
