• Why is mobile grooming more expensive than a salon?

  Mobile grooming is priced higher due to convenience (bringing service to doorstep), personalized one-on-one attention in calm familiar environment, operating costs (specialized facilities, fuel, insurance, maintenance), and time/travel investment.

• How long will the appointment take?

  Every pet is different, but it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

• Do I need to be home during the appointment?

  Only required for first appointment. Existing clients can leave a key or garage/lockbox code. Allows recurring schedule setup and avoids missed appointment fees.

• Parking Details

  Can park on flat driveways or along the curb in front of your home.

• Will you groom my aggressive dog or sedated dog?

  No to both. Aggressive dogs refused for groomer safety. Dogs with bite history should go to veterinarian clinic. Sedated dogs need veterinarian clinic for safety monitoring.

• Do you groom cats?

  No, we do not groom cats.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

  We accept cash and credit cards.

• Can I watch while my dog is being groomed?

  Dogs can get overly excited seeing owners, risking injury from sharp objects. One-on-one time requested to ensure excellent experience and safety.

• DO YOU REUSE YOUR WATER?

  More than enough fresh water on board for full day. Used water stored in separate tank and properly disposed at facility each night.

• Can I just call each time I need an appointment?

  No. Operates on route system for efficiency and timely service. Cannot accept dogs on 'as-needed' basis due to additional time and scheduling challenges.

• Do you pluck ear hair in the ear canal?

  No. Plucking can be painful and cause micro-tears. Hair trimmed/shaved as needed. Philosophy: procedures best left to veterinarian experts.

• Do you express anal glands?

  No. Repeated expressing can create trauma with long-lasting effects. Pets not meant to have anal glands recurrently expressed.
