Petagree brings expert grooming right to your doorstep, making it easy and stress-free for both you and your pets. Jeff Raber has been in the professional pet grooming industry for over 35 years. He graduated from Pedigree Career Institute in Phoenix, AZ in 1989, receiving certification in all breed grooming and as a Companion Animal Hygenist (CAH). He opened Petagree Mobile Spaw in April of 1996.

• What areas do you service?

  Service area includes Arrowhead and Happy Valley (43rd Ave - 107th Ave). Borders: North - Sonoran Mountain Ranch Rd, South - Thunderbird Rd, East - 51st Ave, West - 107th Ave. Does NOT service Sun City, Surprise, Vistancia, Avondale, Litchfield Park or Goodyear.

• How far in advance should I book my pets appointment?

  Plan on scheduling well in advance. Most clients have automatic rescheduling. Can be booked several weeks in advance.

• How old should my puppy be before his first groom?

  Ideally between 8-12 weeks of age. First sessions introduce new things slowly with brushing, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary clip, gland expression, bath/blow dry, trim face and feet.

• Do you need to hook up anything to my home for power or water?

  No. Unit equipped with 5000 Watt inverter system, 8000 Watt QD Generator, propane-powered water heater and furnace, air-conditioning/heating, and relaxing music.

• Do you groom Cats?

  Yes, as long as cat is not aggressive, current on rabies vaccination, and in good health.

• How often should my pet be groomed?

  Depends on brushing habits, breed, and coat length. Most breeds fall in 4-8 week range. All breeds require grooming including short-haired dogs and cats.

• How do I get an appointment?

  Fill out contact form with all requested information. Someone will respond as soon as possible. New customers may require non-refundable deposit to hold appointment.

• Do you groom large breeds?

  Yes, all breeds from toy to giant. Mobile unit has electric table that lowers to floor and raises, plus ramps for large breeds.

• How long does it take to groom my pet?

  Varies by breed and coat condition. Most breeds completed in about an hour. Larger breeds more time consuming.

• Can I stay with my pet while being groomed?

  No. Most dogs and cats do better when owners are out of sight. Clients invited to tour facility before grooming begins.

• What is your Cancellation Policy?

  Appreciate at least 24 hr notice to cancel or reschedule. Confirmation required via text message. If unable to confirm, appointment may be postponed or cancelled.
