• How do I book an appointment?

• What is included in a full grooming session?

  Our full grooming session includes a bath, haircut, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and more, customized to your pet's needs. Visit our services page for more details.

• How long does a grooming session take?

  The duration depends on the service package and your pet's needs, but most sessions take between 1-2 hours. We'll provide an estimate during booking.

• What is the best style for my dog?

  For low maintenance, a shorter style is recommended with appointments every 6-8 weeks. For breed-specific cuts, maintenance every 4 weeks and brushing 2-4 times weekly is recommended. Long-haired dogs need frequent brushing and appointments every 2-3 weeks.

• My dog has tangle or several matted, can you de-matted?

  Depending on the situation, some can be removed easily, but in other cases to prevent pain to the animal we suggest a short haircut. We will see what we can do in that case.

• What is your coverage area?

  We travel from San Francisco to San Jose. Due to traffic reasons we will travel to San Francisco on Tuesday and San Jose on Wednesday. If you live in one of the areas and you need a different day, please let us know.
