• How long does a typical appointment take?

  Most grooms take 1.5–3 hours depending on size, coat, and add-ons. First visits may take slightly longer as we get to know your pet.

• How do I book?

• What's your cancellation policy?

  We require 24-hour advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations are charged a $75 fee. No-shows are charged the quoted service price.

• Do you groom cats?

  Yes. Cats hate car rides and loud salons, so our mobile setup is a much calmer option. Cat grooming starts at $125. Text us to check availability at your address.

• What if my pet has mats?

  We assess coat condition first. Light to moderate mats: gentle dematting (starting at $30, varies by severity). Severe matting: requires a full shave-down for your pet's safety.

• How often should my dog or cat get a bath?

  Most pets benefit from a bath every 4-6 weeks. Short-coated breeds still shed year-round and need regular de-shedding; long-coated pets need it to prevent matting. Cats usually do well at 6-8 weeks.

• What's the difference between a Bath & Brush and a full haircut?

  A Bath & Brush is the upkeep package — warm bath, hydro-massage, blow-dry, brush-out, nails, ears, and teeth. No scissor or clipper work. A full haircut adds a body trim to your specifications.
