• Luxury Spa Haircut Includes everything in the Luxury Spa Bath package plus a haircut of your choice. Additional fee for de-matting or extensive packed undercoat.
• Luxury Spa Bath & Brush Premium shampoo & conditioner, tearless facial scrub, ears cleaned, hand dry, nails trimmed & buffed, sanitary area trim, paw pad trim, brush-out or de-shedding, pet-safe cologne, seasonal bandana or accessory.
• Teeth Brushing & Breath Spray Add-on service for teeth cleaning and breath spray.
• Specialty Medicated Shampoo Add-on service with pricing depending on dog's weight and coat type.
• De-matting Partial de-matting service. Full body de-matting not offered.
• Special Handling Fee Additional fee for dogs requiring special handling. Does not work on aggressive dogs.

• Do you use my electricity or water?

  No, we are self sufficient.

• How often does my pet need to be groomed?

  We recommend dogs being groomed every 4-6 weeks in order to keep their skin, fur, and nails healthy.

• Why does mobile grooming cost more than shop grooming?

  Mobile grooming offers so many advantages to you and your pup, but it does cost a bit more than getting your dog groomed in a traditional shop. Aside from the convenience of having someone come to you, mobile grooming offers personalized one-on-one service which means we can only work on one dog at a time and service a very limited number of dogs in one day.

• How long will the groom take?

  This can vary, but generally a bath and brush service will take between 30-90 minutes depending on the breed. A haircut service will take between 60-180 minutes depending on the breed. Though we work efficiently, we do not rush and some dogs just take a bit longer than others.

• Why can't you give me an exact price when I first contact you for an appointment?

  If we have not yet met your dog we will often give you a price range we anticipate charging for the service you requested. Once we arrive at your appointment we can see things like the condition and length of your dog's coat and their behavior to see if there are any factors that may make the grooming appointment take a bit longer than usual and therefore cost more.

• Can I tip the groomer?

  Absolutely! Yes! It is not necessary but your groomer works hard to make your pet look, smell, and feel great so your generosity is appreciated!
